MSE Access is a platform designed to:

• Provide real-time visualization of Malawi Stock Exchange market data
• Simplify investor onboarding processes
• Connect potential investors with licensed brokers
• Provide educational resources about the Malawi Stock Exchange

The Platform is informational and does not provide investment advice or execute trades directly.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

When registering for an account (when available), you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

• Engage in any fraudulent activities

Important: MSE Access is not a licensed broker or investment advisor. We do not:

• Provide investment advice or recommendations
• Execute trades or transactions
• Hold or manage client funds
• Guarantee investment returns or outcomes

6. Market Data and Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date market information:

7. Broker Partnerships

When we connect you with licensed brokers:

• We verify that brokers are properly licensed
• The broker relationship is between you and the broker
• We are not responsible for broker actions or services
• You should review the broker's terms and conditions separately
• We may receive referral fees from brokers (disclosed upon request)

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by eiteone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without explicit written permission.

9. User Content

If you submit content to the Platform (reviews, comments, feedback):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have the right to submit the content
• You agree not to submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
